1 cups traditional oats
1 green apple grated with the skin on
1 cup orange juice
1 cup apple juice
1 Tbs honey
2 Tbs dried apricots, chopped
2 Tbs sultanas
1 cup low fat yogurt to dollop on top
Toasted almonds to sprinkle
Skim milk to serve
Method
Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl & refrigerate over night. Serve warmed through on colder mornings or straight from the fridge with yoghurt and a touch of milk.
