WHEY-

CREATINE-

These are the 2 products I've been using from BSN, and have seen decent results. I haven't used the CREATINE (CELL MASS) as much as the WHEY (TRUE MASS), but BSN really works best for me because I have NO SIDE EFFECTS from them compared to the other products I've used such as MUSCLE MILK and MUSCLE TECH. Also, the BSN WHEY (TRUE MASS) has all the anti-catabolic, amino acids, casein you need all in one shake for muscle building.

BSN Is the Official Nutritional Supplement Sponsor of the UFC? : Ultimate Fighting Championship?.

Remember: These products are NOT FDA APPROVED and should be taken with extreme caution of all possible side effects which are listed on the bottle.

 Okay, just realized from your account that you are a girl which means you probably are not interested in these 'muscle building products' but I'll post this anyway if anyone else is interested.

Yo J-Rok, this is Ashuriena's brother. What up bro. Just wanted to say thanks for your input for  gym training. Currently, I'm on the injured list because of lifting too heavy at the gym :frustrated:. I got back muscle strain and joint pain. I've been out for like 2 months now from lifting, and am planning to go back to heavy lifting in a month or so. Other than that, I haven't tried the SuperPump250 as of yet. I think that's like a NO Explode. But I'll give it a shot.

I don't take protein.  I have two protein shakes chillin' at home that I probably used twice lol  I just stick with working out and eating right.  I already have mass/fat so I don't really need to cover it with protein.

To Jrok's points about heavy lifting, I agree.  I only lift heavy to gain mass, which I am doing currently.  Otherwise its Low weight-High reps to cut up.  I also change my routine every 4-6 months to change things up a bit and have recently started boxing training as well.

Most of the stuff on the market is just useless.

Think about it, everything that ACTUALLY works gets banned (steroids, HGH, oxygen doping) and everything that is not banned is overhyped and really unnecessary.  The best thing after a workout is probably milk (skim if you don't want as much calories) and if you want more protein, mix the milk with skim milk powder.  Same for other stuff is also useless: creatine (most people get it in their diets), nitrous oxides, only work when they are concentrated to specific areas (like Viagra!!)
For these products, read the "studies" that back them up, most are conducted by the company that sells the product (conflict of interest??) or it is done on such a small sample (maybe 5 or 10 people) that results can easily be skewed!

Save your money, drink milk and eat properly!

If it was useless, why do generations after generations buy and use those products? Because they work bro. They work.

I agree with this.  I guess that's why I never liked "drinking" protein or other stuff.  Our bodies weren't meant to handle synthetic substances.  We've evolved for thousands of years on NATURAL stuff.  If you honestly want protein, eat a can of tuna...there's about 20+ grams of protein in one little can.  Or eat chicken breast or lean meats.  All creatine does is put more water in your muscle, hence making them "look bigger"... no real value there.  Steroids = testosterone, got plenty of that being an Assyrian male.  HGH, not really needed although I could've used it to possibly grow taller loool :p

Granted, supplements are probably a billion dollar industry due to the "science" of it all and all the popularity.  They have to make them "watered down" because illegal stuff like steroids is actually better for you.  Heck, if steroids was legal everyone would take them and you'd see a generation of beasts out there.  Maybe that's why its illegal in the first place.

You have to use them in large amounts for them to be effective. Most supplements are destroyed in the stomach and hardly anything is absorbed in the small intestines. Most of the effects you feel are placebo, and if you do feel "energized" then just check the caffeine levels in your product. The only supplement that gave me the most mental concentration was nitric oxide malate, a more pure and effective form of what you find in NO-Xplode.

Like rumrum said above, the supplement industry is enormous. If assisted anabolic steroids were legalized there would be absolutely no need for the supplement industry at all.

Is drinking one glass with two full spoons of protein, the same as taking two glasses with one spoon in each ?

I never take more than one glass a day, and I am being told it is not enough. But two glasses would be too much, so I will just combine two portions in one glass.

What you are referring to is Pre-Workout supplements (like NO-xplode and Superpump250) which are Nitric-Oxide supplements or Engery drinks. I usually never consume any of those. Those are meant to give you energy boosts before lifting weights.

I agree that if steroids were legalized, there would be no need for supplements. And I personally believe that there is a difference between abusing steroids and using steroids. Baseball players and wrestlers have all used steroids without really any obvious harsh side-effects. Then again, there are people who have abused steroids and have paid the ultimate price for that.

its funny how some people think by taking supplement such as no xplode or cellmass or whatever can get results within month or two.
speaking of anabolic steriods well some gyms in melbourne actually supply steriods to customers.

the only reason i take no xplode or whatever so i get abit of kick but i do agree with rumrum
