My Healthy Salad (Picture)

I have made this my favorite salad for after-workout meal.

It is pretty simple: A small can of tuna, mixed with broccoli, green onions, lettuce, green peppers, and with some hot sauce and light chips dip.

In this one, I added chicken breast too. Lots of protein, very healthy and less than 150 calories.

Brown rice, multi ?grain bread or whole meal.  As Joe said Pasta.

You need to figure out what your daily calorie and macros intake needs to be.
