So it's 1:22 AM and I have finished reading through Hegel, Marx/Engels and Nietzsche but I still have to re-read J.S. Mill's On Liberty as well as some of Weber's stuff. My final exam is at 10:30 AM and it's a capstone course (512) for Poli Sci... I wish I hadn't decided to double major. !:IO#@$#*(@)$()#@$*#@)($*)(#@*$#@$)*(@#*$)#
 
That sucks bro.. But what are you doing wasting ur time on here?  Keep cramming, thats the best way of studying LMAO. It works for me.

Sham.. good luck! Human phys was my favourite course in undergrad by far.

wow I guess we all are pulling all nighters for exams today.. Mine is at 2pm.. microbiology.

I had to write three essays in three hours. Here they are:

1) Using Nietzsche as a lens, how can you explain Marx's position in Manifesto of the Communist Party, Capital Vol. 1 & 2, On the Jewish Question and 1844 Manuscripts against the French Revolution and capitalism in general? How does Engels' Socialism Utopian and Society provide more evidence to Marx?

2) Mill is a utilitarian universalist yet he highlights individual self development. How does he reconcile these two ideas in On Liberty and what is his understanding of human progress?

3) (easiest one of the bunch) Take all four themes of the enlightenment and carefully explain how Hegel understands each one. Be sure to explain how Hegel reconciles mainstream individualism with particularist counter-currents of the enlightenment?

I'm finally done with Physics for life  :happydance:

Had that on tuesday, microbio on wed, and evolution today.  I'm effing done!

I got out of microbio at 7pm tuesday, and my evolution was 8am the next day and I hadn't even started studying.  That was the worst all nighter I have ever pulled.....  I only had 3 hours of sleep the day before. 

But everything worked out  :mrgreen:  and it seems to be the case with you too, congrats.

Physics... EWWWW i'm so glad we only have to take it in first year! lol

Evolution... took it last year and I felt like I was studying a made up story.. besides the religious part.. I couldnt understand some of their connections between some of their evidence.. was not logical at all! Maybe my teacher sucked? So i got my mark by pure memorization.


microbio... I had that final today... 100 questions, multiple choice single answer and multiple multiples. GAHH that drained me... on to pathology now!

Congrats on being done!!




DAVID... how the heck are u doing a double major and 2 minors??!?!? All in 4 years??? GOOD FOR YOU!  :)
