Anybody know a easy tasty recipe. Assyrian style? I would appreciated, since it is my fave dolma. :blush2:

Not sure if you have heard of my Assyrian cookbook, but there are 3 recipes for dolma in it (grape leaves, cabbage, and dolma't renjeh). The doma't renjeh's recipe can be used to stuff any vegetable you choose. Mine calls for onions, peppers, eggplant, tomatoes, zucchini, etc.. It's amazing, if I do say so myself. My mom was the best cook I've ever known. Everyone says that about their mom's food right? Anyways, you can check it out at the link below, God Bless!
