Alquoush Lyrics

So I was listening to Linda George's Alquoush song, and I didn't understand much of the 1st part of the song (where she sounds like she's singing Arab style...) does anyone know/understand the lyrics?  If so can you share it here? thanks :)

In other words, he is GOD!!

Bow down biaaaaatch!  (Imagine if God actually said that.  I bet he would if he was Assyrian)

Most dialects in Northern Iraq are understandable if you have parents from different millets.

Indeed.

ptokhlon darwazeh gooreh,
qameh kilyeh nathooreh,
lamassu dipnit shooreh,
niqsheh l'natee zangoreh,
choodun m'alqosh mekhwareh,
metun b'orkheh mashooren
meghzeela orkhit alqosh
prishtenwa minoo b'doreh o doreh,
gu arekh shuqlee d'owrun alqosh
gu arekh shuqlee d'owrun alqosh
gu hawakh b'sheqlaneh napas
mukhneetan m'qalat gooleh
min topa d'toma tomas
mukhneeteyn min kinshee shara,
pushteewa l'rabban hurmiz,
qablan b'thoyet bet qowree,
gu khaytee, gu khaytee howyet
ooooooooooo baaaaas

Open the big gates,
guards standing in front of them,
lamassu next to the walls,
The sound of bells ringing my ear,
Invite my friends** from Alqosh,
Send messengers for them.
SHow them the way to Alqosh.
I've been seperated from it for centuries (generations),
Let me enter your land Alqosh,
I will take my breathe from your air,
I miss the sound of bullets,
from Toma Tomas's rifle.
I miss my gatherings (kinsha is gathering) shara.
They used to go to rabban hurmiz (monastery),
I will accept you to be my cemetery (place of burial),
If only you are in my life.  (as long as you are in my life)

That's the best I could do.  I wasn't sure about mekhoreh, I guessed she was saying my friends and mashoreh I think is messengers.  I dunno.

Any corrections are welcome.
